Who we are Downtown Culture is run by Havana Downtown LLC ("we"), a production studio based in the United States. You can reach us at hello@halobits.com.

What we collect Only what you send us through the contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), project type, budget range and timing (optional) and your message. We do not create user accounts and we do not ask for anything else.

Why we use it We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to talk about a possible project. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box before you send the form.

Where your message goes The form sends your message by email to the studio inbox through Resend, an email delivery service that handles it on our behalf, in the United States. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website.

How long we keep it We keep the emails in our inbox for as long as we need to answer you and, if we work together, for the length of the project. If no project follows, we delete the conversation within 24 months of the last message.

Cookies and tracking This site has no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. The only thing it stores in your browser is a small note that you closed the cookie notice.

Services that see your visit Vercel hosts the site and keeps technical server logs, such as your IP address and the time of the request, for security and troubleshooting. Videos are delivered by Mux, and images and content by Sanity. When your browser loads a video or an image from them, they receive your IP address and device details, and Mux may collect anonymous playback performance data.

Your rights You can ask us to show, correct, delete or send you the details you gave us, withdraw your consent at any time, or object to how we use them. Write to hello@halobits.com. If you live in the EU or EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
